Formerly 'Head of Creative' for a London based web agency specializing in e-commerce before going freelance in 2013. I work with clients to produce bespoke, fully considered, responsive websites that translate the needs and requirements of both clients and website visitors. As a frontend designer I put an emphasis on form and function, to create an enjoyable user experience. This means establishing the look and feel of web pages, including typography, graphics, colour, layout, branding and user experience.
I am fluent in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and the Webflow, Shopify, Wordpress and Magento platforms. I design and develop websites to suit most client budgets from simple business/personal sites to full e-commerce solutions and apps.
So why choose a freelancer over an agency?
The main benefit of using a good freelancer instead of an agency is that you will get the same standard of work but for a fraction of the cost as there are no un-related overheads. When you hire an agency you are not just paying for your project and the work that went into it but their office space, accountants, marketing department, Christmas party etc. etc.
Working closely with one person key person enables you to share ideas and get clarity on the project more easily than dealing with an agency hierarchy on a more personal level. I always make sure I am easy to contact and provide a great level of service.
